Portable GPS, Depth sounder and Fish finder on board. The former owner has equipped this boat with hydraulic trim (very convenient). This boat has a very smooth steering. I bought this boat in March 2006 and absolutely don't regret it!!!
One of the reasons for me to buy this boat was the ability of going out fishing on open waters, together with my son. Things never go as planned and I moored my boat at the Dutch Randmeren. At a nice marina which also includes a camping, a restaurant, a playground and more. Quite some luxury and entertainment! So, not much fishing but a lot of enjoy cruising the waters or just sitting down and relaxing at the boat. Who needs a vacation in Spain if you have your own leisure nearby, available 7 days a week?
When I bought my boat, I had some work to do. Someone had forgotten to maintain her for a time. Luckily, all mechanical parts and engine were still well, she was just very dirty. Especially the canopy and the outside. After a lot of scrubbing and a few layers of wax and waterproofing spray later, she looks very well by now. Also some parts of the wiring are replaced.
Waving goodbye has a new meaning with this type of engine (speed and waves). Although there is a general speed limit of 10,8 knots in the Netherlands, the max Iíve sailed so far was 18 knots at 3500 rpm. I still need to find a quiet spot to find out what the max speed of my boat is. If you wonder why there is a registration mark on my boat, thatís just Dutch legislation; they like to use laserguns and sending speed tickets. All boats with a max speed over 10.8 knots are mandated to be registered. Having Ďoversizedí engine power gives the ability of smooth cruising at a low rpm with sufficient power just in case ofÖ
