Owned since 2016. Moored at BHM Garstang. The boat was fitted out at Ribble Boatyard Lytham , the window glass is dated 1982., engine mountings for an inboard engine and fuel filler on deck, platform for fuel tank below, these were never used. This means the cockpit floor is quite high leaving a large storage space below, it also makes getting aboard easy. Fitted with a solar panel to the hardtop, thin sheet type so unobtrusive, led cabin lights and new canopy 2017.
Fitted out at Lytham boat yard 1982.
Under the cockpit floor are engine mounts for an inboard engine and a platform for a fuel tank, on the port side deck is a fuel filler and pipe, but these have never been used.
9.9 Honda outboard from 1990, runs extremely well. Fitted engine hours counter, oil gauge, temperature gauge and volt meter, standard Honda 3 gallon fuel tank with gauge in the stern locker. Two 85 amp batteries charged by the outboard plus a built in smart charger when on shore power. Shore power has a proper circuit breaker and whole system seems to have been done professionally.
One 110amp battery charged by a large thin solar panel on the cockpit hard top, this is used to power the cool box, we have no fridge. 15 gallon water tank with gauge under the cockpit floor , one cold tap. Plumbing for a hot water system, but never fitted. Modern Plastimo two ring and grill cooker nicely fitted, porta potti in small compartment on the port side, gas bottle in the starboard stern locker. Eberspacher blown air heating, outlets to cockpit and cabin.
I have changed mostly to led lights . All the wiring and plumbing has been done to a very high standard. As is the upholstery and the general fit out which I think is original. Very strange padded cupboard doors. Although itís not to our taste it has been done extremely well. We looked at several boats, but none came near this one. I have removed 52kg of ballast from the bow as the boat was very slow to manoeuvre, itís much more responsive now. Moored at Bridgehouse Marina on the Lancaster Canal, the boat has at least two owners in this marina, the boat has a history file going back to the 1990sk
